TL; DR – Sometimes you just need to try a pattern a second time!

Did you know that RED is *the* color for the fall/winter? Do you know how happy I am about this? Red is my favorite color. So I had this bright red Ikea sheet which was perfect for a fall, red, dress. I wanted a pattern that would be interesting but also not take too much fabric since it was a double flat sheet.

I decided that I would try QUINCY again. I know now that a) RAISE THE ZIP but also b) it doesn’t actually need a zip so I’m hoping it’ll turn out a little better (although I’m warming up to the original one, hence why I decided to make it again).

It’s a little tight going over my head, but I absolutely adore how it looks ultimately.

RED DRESS. YES PLEASE.
