TL; DR – I love this shirt dress pattern.

I had the pleasure of testing the Annecy dress from Styla Patterns. Look, I won’t say no to a shirt dress pattern. And I was thrilled with this one, especially because it has a grown-in sleeve option.

I made it out of this lovely vintage fabric I got from a sweet elderly lady from our Buy-Nothing group who found out I was always up for fabric and gifted me her entire stash of fabric, patterns, and notions that she no longer uses. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but it worked out beautifully.

I went with snaps and not buttons, and while there is a tie that I made with it, I didn’t wear it for the photo shoot. It can be made in different lengths, and next time I’ll be doing it in a shorter length.

Anyway, it’s a new shirt dress to add to my rotation!
