Pattern Review: Dyad Reversible Wrap Dress from Tauko Magazine Issue 11

TL; DR – What’s better than one dress? FOUR DRESSES!

Look, y’all know I love a good wrap dress. So when Tauko Magazine was looking for people to make the new DYAD pattern from Issue 11, I knew it was meant to be. What’s great about this pattern is that you don’t get just ONE wrap dress, you get FOUR!

So you can wear it with the collar at the front or the back AND turn it inside out and wear it both ways with the lining fabric instead! It is a super-straightforward make. I lengthened the ties, and used a chambray and striped linen that I had in my stash.

I don’t know why it was such a struggle to find two fabrics that I was happy matching together. Given all of the fabric I have in my stash (which, admittedly, I need to reorganized. Again), I really had trouble putting two together. I’m happy with how these two work together, ultimately, but that was the hardest part of this project!

Thanks, Tauko!
