TL; DR – SOMETIMES YOU GOTTA BE EXTRA EXTRA

I’ve had this shinny linen fabric that I impulsively bought (twice) from Mood for a long time now. I’ve been wanting to make something extra-special with it, and finally settled on this super-extra Zadie jumpsuit as a Mother’s Day gift to myself.

I remember how challenging this jumpsuit was the first time around, how much trouble I had with the pockets, the trim, etc. This time, I just breezed through it, and although making the bias tape is always a pain (not to mention pinning it and sewing it), I made this in a few hours.

And I love it. Look at it. SHINY! EXTRA! SO EXTRA.

I may actually try making a Zadie in a print. A PRINT!
