TL; DR – I love this pattern.

It’s another make from a Marimekko shower curtain! I made this one shorter than the first Léonie dress I made, and instead of making the back out of just one piece, I made it out of two pieces to take into consideration the dimensions of the shower curtain.

The ties in the front and the cinch in the back is made from the shower curtain band at the top.

And, maybe I buried the lead here, but I STAY STITCHED THE NECKLINE AND IT WORKED.

I don’t know why I get so flustered with sleeves, but I forgot how to do the sleeves and had to go back and see the first dress.

Anyway, I now have a basic “caftan” pattern that is wonderful. I love this dress pattern.
