TL; DR – Don’t I look like a party? A+, no notes.

I jumped at the chance to test this lovely dress pattern, Alma Jean by Artifact Patterns, when it came across my instagram feed (oh hey, I have a dedicated sewing insta account now – give it a follow!). It was the perfect dress for this lovely Katie Kortman fabric I had.

The instructions were detailed and clear, the sleeves are delightful, and other than not having pockets (which were included in the final version of the pattern), I have absolutely no complaints about this dress! Look at me swooshing about in it!

I’m really looking forward to whatever Artifact Patterns does next, because if the pattern is anything like this one, it’ll be a winner!
