TL; DR – Sometimes you have to repurpose a garment into another one.

It’s (still) #memademay, and I tried on a dress that I had made and decided I didn’t like it anymore. But, I still loved the fabric. I had a little bit left over, and so I decided to make a Tie Dress!

The skirt is a little shorter than the original pattern, mostly because the skirt of the original dress was shorter. But it also meant I didn’t have to do another bottom hem lol.

Anyway, I managed to use just about all of the old dress, and only needed a few pieces from the leftover fabric I had. I love the results!
